Hotel Management Ausbildung in Germany

Germany is facing a critical shortage of qualified professionals in the Hospitality sector. With thousands of unfilled vacancies across the country, international candidates pursuing a Hotel Management Ausbildung are highly sought after. During the 3 Years training period, apprentices earn a monthly stipend between €800 and €1050. Upon successful completion and obtaining the state-certified Hotel Specialist title, the average starting salary is around €32,000 per year, which scales quickly with experience.

• Educational Requirement: Minimum 12th Standard Pass (Higher Secondary).
• Language: Minimum German proficiency at the B2 level (Goethe/Telc certificate required).
• Age: Generally 18-28 years old (though legally there is no upper age limit).
