Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Application Processing Fees
When you pay a fee to apply for an opportunity (e.g., Job, Internship, Ausbildung, Masters) through GermanyHub, the fee covers:
- Manual review of your profile by our German market experts.
- Re-formatting of your resume and documents to German ATS standards.
- Administrative submission of your application to the respective entity.
Once an application fee has been paid and the documents have been successfully submitted through our portal, the fee is generally Non-Refundable.
2. When Are Refunds Issued?
We will issue a 100% refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Failure: A technical glitch on our platform prevented your application from being processed or forwarded, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
- Duplicate Payment: You were accidentally charged twice for the exact same application.
- Service Unavailability: The specific opportunity you applied for was filled or cancelled by the provider *before* we processed your application, and we are unable to process it.
3. When Are Refunds NOT Issued?
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Rejection by the Employer/University: We charge for the process of formatting and submitting your application. We have no control over the final decision made by German recruiters, admissions committees, or visa authorities. A rejection does not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer wish to apply after the payment has been processed and our team has begun work.
- Fraudulent Information: If our team discovers that you have submitted forged documents or false information, your application will be cancelled immediately without a refund.
4. Cancellation Process
If you wish to cancel an application, you must contact us at support@germanyhub.in within 2 hours of submitting the payment. If our experts have not yet begun processing your profile, we may issue a cancellation and refund at our discretion.
5. Refund Timeline
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed immediately on our end. Depending on your bank and Razorpay's processing times, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your original method of payment.
