1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, browsing the site, or submitting an application through GermanyHub.in ("the Website"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Description of Service

GermanyHub acts as an aggregator and facilitator connecting Indian students and professionals with opportunities in Germany, including jobs, internships, research positions, scholarships, and university admissions. We offer application review and submission services for a fee.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and application submissions.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Not submit fraudulent, plagiarized, or forged documents (including degrees, language certificates, or passports).
• Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

If we discover fraudulent documents in your application, your account will be immediately terminated without a refund, and the respective German institutions may be notified.

4. Application Submission, Fees, and No-Refund Policy

When you pay an application fee via GermanyHub, you are paying for our platform services, document formatting, profile review, and the administrative effort of submitting your profile to the end institution or employer. Because this involves immediate, non-recoverable manual labor, all payments are strictly non-refundable.

• 100% Fulfillment Guarantee: If we fail to deliver a service due to a technical error on our end, we will not issue a refund, but we will manually fulfill the service at no extra cost or provide equivalent credits.
• No Guarantee of Outcome: While we ensure your application meets German ATS and recruiter standards, we do not guarantee job placement, university admission, visa approval, or interviews. The final decision rests entirely with the respective German institution or employer.
• Payment Disputes Prohibited: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through Razorpay or your bank is strictly prohibited. Doing so will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the platform, and cancellation of all your active applications.

5. Intellectual Property

The Website and its original content, features, databases, and functionality are owned by GermanyHub (InternshipHub.in) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our job or university databases without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GermanyHub, its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any application rejection or visa denial by German authorities or institutions.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
